1. What we sell
We sell commercial and household furniture, including office, folding, event, restaurant, church, classroom, and residential chairs, tables, and desks. Product pages show the price in US dollars, a description, and whether the item is in stock.
2. Prices and currency
- All merchandise prices are in US dollars (USD).
- The price on the product page is the merchandise price. Shipping is selected and added before you pay.
- A charge is made only after you review the total and submit payment.
- If a price is posted in error, we may cancel the order and refund the card payment in full.
3. Orders and cancellation
- An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when payment succeeds and we send an email confirmation.
- You may cancel by emailing contact@primeprintus.com before the order ships. We will refund a cancelled, unshipped order to the original card.
- If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout, we will email you, tell you the new date, and offer a full refund if you do not want to wait. This follows the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
4. Payment
- The only online payment method is a credit or debit card processed by Square.
- Card numbers are entered in Square’s payment field. Blush & Hearth LLC does not store full card numbers.
- The name printed on your card statement is the statement descriptor configured on the Blush & Hearth LLC Square account.
- The merchant outlet country is the United States.
5. Delivery and returns

6. Privacy
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi and the United States. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, except where a card-network or consumer rule gives you a different forum.
