Shipping Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026. Blush & Hearth LLC ships furniture from Diamondhead, Mississippi, to addresses in the United States, and offers free pickup at the principal office.

Handling time

• Orders paid before 2:00 p.m. Central Time on a business day are handed to the carrier or set aside for pickup on that business day when the item is in stock.
• Orders paid later, or on Sunday, are handled the next business day.
• We email a confirmation when payment succeeds and again when a tracking number exists.
• If an item cannot ship in the time above, we email you before the deadline, give a new date, and offer a full refund.

Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States. Freight-sized items may require a signature. The buyer provides a complete street address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes when a carrier cannot deliver furniture there.

Delivery Notes

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address.
• If delivery is unsuccessful, we'll attempt a second delivery after contacting you.
• Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
