Before the order ships
Email contact@primeprintus.com with your order number. We cancel unshipped orders and refund the original card.
After delivery
- Unused furniture in its original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Email contact@primeprintus.com with the order number and photographs if the item arrived damaged.
- The buyer pays return freight unless the item is damaged, defective, or not what was ordered. In those cases we pay return freight or arrange a replacement.
- Sale items can be returned only when they are damaged or not as described.
- Assembled, used, or stained items are not returnable.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the return, we refund the merchandise price to the original card. Card issuers typically post that refund within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping you already paid is refunded when we caused the problem.
